2. The bill is designed to a be a tool used to punish colleges that allow ant-semetic speech (protests) by threatening the federal funds they receive. That is the entire extent of it’s legal power.

3. This Republican-controlled House of Representatives has passed several reprehensible bills in the last 4 years that died in the Senate, as this one is likely to do.
