If yes, what should be my action plan?

It’s my first outdoor grow and we’ve had some cold and humid nights.
I’m trying to do all organic.
Plant is a Northern Light, not yet flowering.

    Indeed, powdery mildew.

    I forget what I have aside from it being an aerosol, but usually just a single application works.
