We’re at a point now where The Onion is LESS absurd than reality. Which one is more absurd:

    A) Former president in an official televised debate claims immigrants are stealing and eating peoples pets?

    Or

    B) Former president warns of immigrants getting all the cool liscense plates.

One of these things actually happened, and if you were in a coma for the past two weeks, it may surprise you to learn which one were an absurdist satire website article, and which one is 100% real life factually happened.

Are we SURE the world didn’t actually end in 2012? It really feels like the matrix is glitching out.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, it feels like someone traveled back in time and accidentally changed something.

nearly 7 in 10 republicans thought the eating pets thing was weird. mind that this isn’t some kind of biased sampling since the same poll shows 7 in 10 republicans somehow thought he won the debate. so despite that they thought this is weird. in fact 44% of republicans said it was “very weird”.

Ah fuck this was the Onion…

I know we’ve crossed that “reality is more ridiculous than the onion” long ago, but still, it’s jarring to realise this was actually satire
