    That’s pretty cool and seems like a wise idea. I feel for anyone without AC trying to live or work in this nonsense. I was actually thinking about trimming my hedges the other day and was like - screw that. Let these bad boys grow tall and provide that much more of a barrier between my house and the devil sun

    This is really cool. I spend most of my time taking public transit and walking around my neighborhood. I hope they actually take the data and put it to good use. I didn’t really do much research on the Texas Trees Foundation but from a quick glance they don’t seem sketchy. There are SO MANY parking lots and side walks that would be a lot more tolerable with just a few trees planted. I would prefer there be no parking lot at all, but trees inside are an OK medium.
