his lawyers have figured out that letting the world’s richest man rack up billable hours filing nonsensical lawsuits is more lucrative than fitting the “facts” to the “law,” or whatever it is regular lawyers do.
Yeah, Lawyers give a shit about things like “facts”?! HAHAHAHA, good one.
I mean… this sort of stuff is how you get slapped down by the entire court system for life by getting labeled as a vexatious litigant.
Actually facts are kind of important. They really do help and hinder cases. Attorneys usually like to prevail for their clients So yeah, attorneys care a lot about facts. But what I’m guessing you’re reacting to is who gets to decide what are the facts.
No no, you see we are all supposed to be angry at the corporations and their lawyers here at Lemmy, even if we don’t have any reason to do so!
