Super Mario RPG has my favorite music in the series, so I’m excited to hear it all remastered
Yoko Shimomura, the original composer, is back to work on it!
This was the one on the list that I am probably most initially hyped for, I loved this game as a kid!
Was not expecting this at all!
My immediate response was “No fucking way!”, followed by “How much?” and “$60?? Dammit, I’m probably going to pay that.”
I am certain these are the end times, because I was sure this was never going to happen.
Like… I’m worried there is a monkey paw out there that curled.
Remember when Spyro Reignited was released and it was frame-for-frame accurate and your muscle memory and auditory cues could just take over?
Do you trust Nintendo to do the same?
Yeah, it feels like they’re going to shove it full of loot boxes and DLC somehow. Luckily that’s not really how Nintendo does things.
Never played Mario RPG, but I’m down to try it! Should be cool!

Its really good. Turn based but has a timing thing for attacking and some decently hard fights. Fun story, cool characters, im very surprised tossed it getting remastered.

They actually did it, the absolute madmen. As a kid I rented this over and over from Blockbuster but never finished it. Maybe now I finally will.
I never thought that they’d be able to negotiate a remake. This looks fantastic
