Yes, though any time I’ve filled up my motorcycle in NJ the attendant will get the pump started and hand me the nozzle to fill up the tank myself.

They actually did away with that within maybe the last two years or so. I was visiting Oregon when people were first allowed to pump their own gas and it was a cluster fuck at the pumps because no one knew what they were doing.

The last time someone made a similar complaint about reaction videos, I responded with a comment similar to yours regarding El Estepario Siberiano reacting to a Danny Carey performance and someone else responded to me explaining that an analysis video is much different than a reaction video and I tend to agree. This is pretty cool. I usually lead in front of my wife on dirt roads just because she likes me to pick the route and warn her of oncoming traffic. We always have a chuckle when she pulls off her helmet because her face is covered in dust but we know it’s not good for her to be breathing that shit in.

No it wasn’t about the size, it was because the van didn’t have 4wd or high clearance. The off-road “roads” I believe are called F roads if I remember correctly and the Icelandic government doesn’t allow normal vehicles to drive on them.

Iceland is not very big. It’s about the same size as Ohio in the US. There are also very few trees. Plenty of open space but not many trees. It seems like the best way to beat the crowds is to wander off the beaten path in an off road capable vehicle but our van was not allowed on those “roads”.

I respectfully disagree with your opinion that McDonald’s is consistent. Sometimes their Big Mac is delicious and other times I’ve had them be just meh. Same goes for their fries. I’ve occasionally got some fries that just aren’t salty enough.

I rented a campervan in Iceland and the campgrounds are frequent and not very expensive. The problem is that they’re very crowded so there is literally zero solitude at least where we wandered. It stinks that you can’t just drive down a dirt road and pick a spot away from the crowds like in the US but it was still awesome.

Fuck Motorola. I had to pay $30 to get a warranty replacement for this phone when the USB port stopped working about 2 months into owning it.

Also the fact that there’s no way to disable 5g which means constant cell signal dropouts while the phone switches back and forth between 3 bars of 4g and 1 bar of 5g. I’m seriously considering buying a 4g only phone from a few years ago just because 5g has only made my experience worse.

I’m running a Motorola G Power for the headphone jack. Do you have more info on their predatory update policy? Genuinely curious to know what’s in store for me in the future. I’m not crazy about this phone but it does have a headphone jack and an SD card slot which is why I settled for it.

I think it came up in a discussion of “what games can you only play once?” and I had just finished Outer Wilds which was also on that list so I was excited to find something to fill the Outer Wilds hole in my heart but Journey wasn’t it unfortunately.

I didn’t finish it but I have no clue how close to the end I got. I didn’t realize it was that short. Either way I did not enjoy it at all even though the internet raved about how good it was.
