I’ve felt that way before many many years ago. I regretted the result then and now at the very least pick the lesser of 2 evils.

My view on election day critically evaluate who actually has a chance to win and vote for the best option. Outside of that donate to minority parties that support your views and if you’re lucky vote in primaries for the most progressive canidates.

Will it radically change anything who knows. I know when I was born gay people in this country couldn’t get married. Now they can. When I was born most women could get abortions, but now in many places a woman can’t get an abortion. I can see which of the two main parties set each of these in motion. And it is evidence that these parties can change things and there is a difference between the two.

I’m not in love with either, and view voting as damage control. Maybe a politician won’t do anything to make your life better, but they can certainly make it a whole hell of a lot worse.

Truthfully there aren’t that many people whose full time job is just “farmer”. But those that are usually all have cars anyway.

That’s already how it works with impeachment. You need 1/2 of the house and 2/3rds of the Senate to agree to remove. You are describing what already exists

I’ve lived in some of the counties in the south under 100% reliance and let me assure you outside of the major cities many are only under 100% due to crippling poverty. I can’t tell you how many people I’ve know in my life thay have had to walk 2 hrs one way to a shitty low paying job at a gas station or dollar general.
