

Your part in this transformation was never about matching the magnitude of the problem: It’s about finding a way to stay in it that’s personally sustainable.
This feels really meaningful to me. My disability means that I can’t often participate in the ways that I want to and I hit my capacity much faster than I feel like I should. But it really is a marathon, not a sprint.
Maybe I could say that I’m frustrated by my physical limitations even as I acknowledge that it doesn’t all fall on me.
