A lot of words for „no intent to annihilate“ means not a formal genocide. This intent is not visible or proven in any way. On the contrary Muslims states state they would like to genocide Israel but are weaker and therefore sit tight currently (and have failed a couple of times in the past).

I don’t agree, genocide is a drastic overstatement and not fair to actual genocides. Are civilians displaced? Yes. Are civilians casualties higher than they should? Yes. None if that is anywhere close to the scale of intent of a genocide.
And considering the history of their neighbours aggression i‘d argue it’s the other way around. If anyone ever really tried to eliminate the other, the jews can claim the victimhood here for sure.
Reading your sketch of Future feels comforting as it would man a future in peace for close to no real sacrifice. Imho that future is made impossible by all surrounding Muslim countries so having elimination of all Jews on their to do list and close to none of them is willing to compromise on that.

Reading this i see the issues of the notice bit really being one and the unnecessary victims it created. Assuming more time was given and more people would have been evacuated. There would still be some left as hamas kept them as hostages and prevented escape of their own people. How should have Israel approached that dilemma?
I see your point. Still i‘d argue after evacuation notice everybody left is a legitimate target. Free yourself if you are oppressed or die. Sad reality i know and i would be angry as hell myself but what would i expect Israel to do? Let Hamas continue? Yeah unpopular opinion around fanatics here, but these are buildings not people. The plan of the war is eliminating future threats like the massacre that happened. If that means eliminating infrastructure, so be it. Hamas used buildings preciously designed for civilians in a war that makes them legitimate targets according to international right.
