Meatball soup:

Add to pan:

• onions
• garlic
• 3 cloves

Heat (presumably) for a few minutes. Then add:

• tomatoes
• celery
• carrots

Heat for 5 min, then add:

• beef stock

Bring to boil, then simmer 20 min. Then add:

• precooked beef/pork/chicken/turkey/venison/whatever meatballs
• fennel to taste
• jasmine rice (optional)

Simmer 20 to 30 min. Top up with water if the level drops.
