The old one is weird and mysterious, emotional, ethereal. Like the year 10k should be. The new one is just pretty, it’s like sin city, but with a really long and boring plot.
New one is like a typical Holywood movie. Everybody is acting the same way as people act today. It’s not believable.

I stopped watching mid movie. It’s like a cartoon. I don’t get it. I don’t feel anything when I watch it.

I agree, it is cleaner in some ways. But also much better thought out in others. Less “clunky” or “clumsy”, not sure how to convey what I mean.
