I don’t go out of my way but I’ve been slowly collecting various physical media when I catch a deal or something for a while now :) especially CDs while they’re still cheap second hand before it becomes the next hot “vintage” item haha. I have a local vinyl shop that sells basically all their CDs for $5 but I’ve gotten a bunch of misc off their $1 rack too.
4k physical media to future proof your collection is a great choice.
