    Have you tried being terrified of being alone with your thoughts? That’ll keep you on your phone up to the moment you pass out!

      If you’re looking at social media then it’s probably just amplifying those negative thoughts instead of helping.

      There’s no need to fear your thoughts anyway. Just face what you fear with an honest viewpoint of what causes it and what it causes, and think about what options you have to make a change to improve the issue. Psychadelic mushrooms and cannabis might help with all that.
