They’re putting it on 6 days a week, and the familiarity of the music and voices would lend itself to be relaxing. My only question is are they doing this for themselves, or is it a child that they’re lulling to sleep?

Almost definitely. They’re putting it on 6 days a week, and the familiarity of the music and voices would lend itself to be relaxing.
