It’s not really a Green Day thing, but there were some dodgy allegations regarding sexual assault from the main guy’s son, who is a drummer in another band.
They aren’t and never were very creative, also even way way back in like 2000 I felt that there trash the set thing looked like they were bored of the task.
There are plenty of reasons to hate green day. This is hardly one of them.
