I know it’s theoretically possible to follow a Lemmy community from Mastodon, but what format does the community address need to be? I’d like to streamline and not juggle two apps if possible.

Interesting that these apps can communicate with each other. Makes me wonder why we need both apps if they can do the same thing or, alternatively, what the benefit is of allowing both apps to communicate.
