I might have been the one who’s out of the loop with this one, but just in case I’m not the only one, I figured I’d share!

If you’re flight is 3+ hours delayed, you are entitled to up to 600€ depending on the distance of plane ride. (Must wait 3 days after the departure date).

If you’re flight is delayed for 5+ hours, you are entitled to a refund.

There are obviously exceptions and other entitlements, but these are what I found most useful. You can read more about it here. This was the airline that has screwed me over most recently. I’m currently going through them for my claim of 600€, and going through my credit card company for a dispute on the plane ticket. This was the result of a horribly communicated 27 hour delay, causing me to miss my trip and purpose of travel. (I can update if you’d like).

Granted, they’re going to give you a hard time if you choose to act on these policies. The airlines never want to fork over money, but y’all should know your rights!
