I’ve had a hard time falling asleep for years. Sometimes it would take 30-45 minutes for me to fall asleep, even on night where I wasn’t stressed. I then had an idea of Pavloving myself into falling asleep by using scents. I got the aromatherapy recharge scent and sprayed it on my pillow every night, or when I felt tired and wanted to nap. It took some time, but anytime I smell that ginger and orange, I start to feel drowsy. I think any kind of scent works, as long as it’s not super common so you don’t get tired by happening to smell it in middle of the day.
