This happened yesterday and started about a week ago. I had fever before my Initial school trip, but decided to go anyway because of FOMO. I felt really sick on the first day and had hurt my ass beforehand, so I couldn’t really walk. On the second day walking Was basically impossible because of the awful pain. I should’ve gone to the hosp. On the last day something weird happened. I was on the train ride back and started noticing something soaking through my pants. My lovely school mates then noticed a horrific stench and so did I. I looked back and was mortified and started breaking down. They started spraying themselves with deodorant and questioning the origin of the diabolical smell. One mate asked me if I wanted to also cover myself in some angelic smelling floral spray, but I refused. One teacher even asked me if I needed something to cover my nose. I was so confused and shocked and just started crying and crying. Once my classmates put the pieces together, they started laughing and mocking me. Thankfully a teacher rushed me to a nearby toilet and I dwelled in my emotions. My bsf told me that basically the whole grade knows. Now everybody thinks I shit my pants during a school trip even though I didn’t. I went to the hospital and am going into surgery in about 15 minutes, so that’s my mortifying school nightmare come true. Idk if this is the right posting platform, so I apologize if it’s not.

TL;DR: I didn’t go to the hospital even with unbearable pain which lead to a public abscess burst that smelt so bad. Now everybody thinks I shit my pants at 18.
