Krita is typically what I use, so I’m kinda biased in recommending it (which I do). Especially if you look up and find some different brush bundles that have what you want/need.

I also wish I was good at digital art too. I’m one of those people who are pretty decent at traditional art but absolutely suck when I try digital art.
