There was a few projects years ago that put linux on Xbox 360s: free60 and linux xbox

I was curious if anyone here has done this? What was your experience like?

Why would I want to do this you ask? I’ve been wanting to build linux computers out of junk parts for various reasons. I see Xbox 360s at goodwill for less than $20 all the time. The fact that it has a gpu is a bonus too (I recently started programming shaders).

Alternatively, if you have made any funky diy linux computers I’d love to hear about it
