Wildly vacilating between trying to perfect my own tactic, reading up on published tactics to see how well I compare, worrying that I’ve done something unrealistic or exploitive, trying to institute a reasonable wage structure that guarantees long-term financial growth and a playing pathway for my squad players, and throwing it out the window to sign a superstar free agent who popped up in my scouting reports.

Will probably end up reloading my save from last season and starting over because I’m not happy with how my summer transfers went.
