Bat is actually called Blind Mouse in Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian lmao
they’re called bald mice in French lol. Apparently in pre-Latin languages they were called “owl mice” and the word got deformed over time.
sadly scientists are indicating that bats are closer to primates/humans (somehow) than mice/rats. 😔
