minus-squarezout@kbin.sociallinkfedilinkarrow-up1·10 months agoIt’s basically eaten as an alternative to yoghurt, or in cakes, cheesecake can be made with kwark. I have eaten the cake, which is allright, but I don’t like the texture /mouth feel when eaten like yoghurt.
