I was surprised to see them join the blackout as it felt like most people shared the sentiment that the NBA finals were more important than any protest, as well as the general opinion of any boycott / protest etc. being useless in general. Was kinda sad to see.

I was surprised too, but the poll results were not only a curbstomp victory for YES, but a large number of users wanted it to be indefinite as well.
I feel bad for Denver if they win tomorrow, though.
