Cassette Beasts for sure! It even made it on to am official valve video showing odd the Steam Deck today.
I just discovered Godot about 5 minutes ago. I had a look at the showcase on their site, and I thought Cassette Beasts sounded intriguing.
RPG in a Box is not a game but looks like a fun tool to play with.
And someone named Kerzowen has an upcoming release of a town/base builder with a wilderness theme.
Halls of Torment is really fun and shows that Godot can handle some serious workload.
