I recently interviewed for a fully remote job that pays a lot more than my current one, it is a European company that need people to work for them in Japan. However, this company does not sponsor my visa. I currently have a visa that will last until 2026. My current job and this new job is very similar (within the IT field) and I do not think my visa type would be a problem working this job. I have the engineer - humanities visa

Can I work for this company until 2026 without any issue?

Edit: so basically they dont have an official office in japan but they do have some sort of HR lady living here that would be my boss. I dont know how that works exactly but they said the role is fully remote so??? Im so confused.
