The zoomers are spoiled. Fresh vedk is the only acceptable vedk. Store bought vedk is frozen, and it breaks the cell walls. Do you want mushy vedk? Didn’t think so.
The fear, however, can be sourced however you like. It makes minimal difference. Though, personally, I prefer tampering with someone’s medical files so when they get their routine blood results back it says positive for HIV. Harvest the fear immediately and it’s fantastic, with a just a hint of panic for spiciness.
If you don’t have fresh vedk store bought is okay
