So people have been fancasting Maitreyi Ramakrishnan lately for a potential future live-action Tangled, and to be fair to her I’ve never seen her work.
But after seeing Shubshri Kandiah on stage as Jasmine, Cinderella and Belle, she’s my pick.
Aside from her incredible vocal and acting skill, she has the most perfect “wide-eyed disney princess” expression. It’s uncanny.

@BlondieBuff Agree - Shubshri Kandiah is tailor-made to be a Disney princess. I also thought it was hysterical that she went from Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella where she played Cinderella, to Into the Woods where she played… Cinderella!
