…Now, I know enough about Denmark’s & Scandinavia’s Democratic Socialist & Etc. mind spaces, but I am not living there. So do not know if The BS hypocrisy is involved, like in The USA.

Does what follows also happen in Denmark’s & Scandinavia?

The most recent example, of the privileges in my life, that are damaging, I hate & never asked for-
Pretext:
As some know I live in South Florida. (& Fl. is one of the worst states in The USA) & in Ag. & Unincorporated & very wealthy (in my 40-years living in same property, had wealthy neighbors busted for drugs production, drug distribution & Etc.) area, so have only one-representative (who when I ask for help to do good things, through local government, she tells me to do it myself) & forced by economics, live without cost, with elderly & Capitalist roommates that own the home-property & use that to their advantages all the time.

We were getting started doing the twice (or if they get lazy once) a year cutting vegetation & putting it outside our property for our county to take away. Many years ago they stupidly (I totally disagree with, does not work with amount of our area’s properties’ vegetation that needs to be removed) change to the rules that state ALL county residents have to only produce two-piles of 25 or one-pile of 50 cubic yards annually. Every single year we have violated that change, without any consequences at all (charged fines over- each pile of over 50 cubic yards & 3rd pile or over 50 cubic yards piles not dumped by residences, & 1st pickup at/under 50 cubic yards, then no more pickups). So I & the female roommate (at first, then stopped) told the male roommate that has to be only 25 cubic yards, but he would never bother listening to first us & then just me. Before the 1st & 100 cubic yards pile was collected, by our county, I measured & the best I could fixed it to 100 cubic yards. I called our county information line & the representative said yes, it is all county residences & no exception & did not know why, contact the department responsible for the collecting. So I contacted the department that collects the piles & our representative, asking is there an exception for our area (would make sense) & if there is no exception, then why does my area have tons of violations, but the piles still get collected every year. Yet to get any response back.

Our 1st & 100 cubic yards piles was collected, without any consequences, even the male roommate told us, the person collecting the pile said it was smaller than usual. Forget that I know it was in violation. The problem I have is we are receiving a Privilege that poorer communities & thus, residents do not receive.

Here in one of the worst states in The USA-
Not only is our Governor waiting for openings in local governments to illegally placed his unelected favorites (once they have to be elected rarely retain their positions) into political positions, but
They are creating rules/laws/changes without logically writing them, sometimes exception where as logically needed, but instead just not enforcing the new rules/laws/changes on The Upper Middle (at best that is what my household is, but not what my area is, a lot of isolating BLANKS- see immediately right)-Rich-Super Rich Economic Classes/Owners! I hate being automatically just given these unwanted privileges, as others suffer from not getting the same things, most times needing them more than us!

  • In apartment-studio living does not qualify one as responsible for the assumed small, not always the case, yards & thus not qualified for the free county pickup program. The companies owning such living situations have pay for the removal. So not what I am talking about, but a non-Ag. & Incorporated area with one or more (assumed, not always the case) less than an acre or acre homes & property is restricted to 25 cubic yards. If some of those properties have a lot of large trees & vegetation, than just not fair. 25 cubic yards is 6.25-yards long X 2-yards wide X 2-yards height small!

You own big property, you pay for big maintenance. Simple as. You’re trying to upload your responsibility to the county for some reason.

We pay for the service through taxes. Plus, I do not own the property, if I did there would be a lot more Everglades like environment to deal with, I would be composting as much as possible & then using the more than enough &, again already paid, for county’s twice a year 25 cubic yards pickup for whatever is left.

You draw a false equivalence between a “rich person” with 0.5 acres who can dispose of the same amount of materiel as you with 100 acres. The county isn’t penalizing you for being less wealthy, they’re providing the same service. By your own admission, they’re giving you 4x the service lately.

At some point, you need to take responsibility for your own property costs or go rent some where the landlord does the maintenance. Why should other property owners subsidize your larger property?

Get your facts straight or is stop lying! How about next time you rad someone’s post you do so, without bias & manipulation of what someone posted! Anyone who bothers to read my very first post, let alone the other replies, knows I never said, I owned the property & I never said, we were rich or super rich (in case that is the next lie). Also, I never did make equivalency about being poor or rich or super rich, they are at best or worst Upper Middle Class! & never said they (I merely live on the property) had a 100-acres! I do not own any acres! WE ALL PAY INTO TAXES THAT PAY FOR THIS PROGRAM, THAT ALL NON-COMMERCIAL PROPERTY OWNERS PAY FOR & HAVE AVAILABLE TO USE!!! Maybe, you can finally without bias read that! It is a negative to everyone when any gets away with something!
