Kristin Noble, suggesting that public schools would have varying test scores if New Hampshire separated students into different schools for white and non-white children.

Because certain parochial schools will split classes by gender, it is now appropriate for public schools to exclude anyone who can’t pass the Paper Bag Test, I guess.
