I don’t understand all of this NATO doomerism. It feels like a coordinated effort to say “see. You need the US, you’re nothing without them”. If the US gos to war against another NATO ally, it won’t magically dissolve NATO if the other nations stand up as they are obligated. Where it would dissolve is of no one answered the triggering of Article 5.
More likely what we’re gonna see is a minimization of expulsion of the US from NATO and perhaps the morphing into a larger global alliance. You’re already seeing more and more countries stand up to the US.
