This is pretty ridiculous. Here is the relevant part of the article:

A second Constitutional convention could therefore become a repeat of the first: One that completely restructures the U.S. government, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights according to rules they could make up as they go along.”
They certainly can do this but its not a constituion until its ratified which means it would only change ratification of its successor constitutions. The current constitution lays out how to change it but you can’t use the changes until you ratify it. Its a non issue. Now of course it could be used in an excuse type of way but anything can be used that way when we are talking facism.
