      Adding Chinese warships in there is a terrible idea. NATO member’s doctrine, training and experience are all centered around interoperability with each other. The Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy isn’t. You throw a few Chinese warships among other NATO ships in a relatively small and high threat environment like that, all trying to engage suddenly appearing targets and accidents will happen.

    Literally asking China to help clean up the mess he created. China may send something but it’s not going to go the way he wants.
