Hmmm, tried to switch a while back and it corrupted my Delta Chat messages. Is there a proper procedure to switching from Delta to Arcane?

ArcaneChat is just a Delta Chat client, so it should work as normal, if something got “corrupted” then it was an incompatibility between the newer version and older versions and would have happened for old delta to new delta as well 🤔

Matrix Bridge when? – Sorry, now that I know it’s like DeltaChat, I do have to ask, does it support other servers?

Yeah all the same chatmail servers delta chat supports work on Arcane.

Edit: To be clear, Arcane is kinda delta chat beta in some respects, they share a dev and things that are in Arcane may make it into DC eventually, though not guaranteed. There’s near (or total?) complete compatibility between the two, I used Arcane for a spell and my DC contacts never knew. You can even set both up on the same acct/device through “add second device.” Calls work between both, etc.
