I’d be actually happy to let the entire Southeast at this point secede. Texas can join them if they really want.
They’d just start fights and subjugate their vulnerable residents.
They should have been kept as puppet states after the civil war.
That would work if they weren’t currently fucking up everything for everyone.
How about we let them succeed, dismantle themselves with their own incompetence, and then we pick them up as vassle states or simply reclaim them.
