Unique handmade stringed instruments with bodies made from repurposed Spam cans. These canjos have long wooden necks with metal frets and single strings. Each instrument has a tuning peg at the top and a rope strap for carrying. One canjo features an Oven Roasted Turkey Spam can and the other features a Classic Spam can. bought a bunch of these for gifts at Christmas 14 years ago new condition all signed and guaranteed for life by the maker.

Took me way too long to realize it was a portmanteau of “can” and “banjo.”
I kept trying to read it like Spanish and wondering why Spanish-speaking people would love spam
I realize now I should have titled it Spamjo Canjo
