    I’m always so jealous of people who are stretchy. I can’t even touch my toes without bending my knees. If I tried to do what they’re doing in this drawing, I’d probably break my back

      I’m way more jealous of those abs… Wish I had that

      To my understanding, most people are naturally flexible but we gradually lose it over time due to inactivity and sitting all day. Genetics only affect it when going for the extremes, contortion and such. Just 10 minutes of stretching after a workout or before bed can make a huge difference, especially if starting from zero.

        Abs take way too much dedication for me to care about. I hate feeling hungry, so I’d have to have a tiny calorie deficit over months to get them, but I instead just accept the fact that I’ll never have such clearly defined abs.

        I’ve never been very flexible. Even in primary school, I wasn’t able to touch my toes. Maybe I’d be able to do it if I started stretching, but we’ll never find out :3c
