What is wild about this? It’s listed as a Halloween decoration.
If it’s just decoration, why did they insulate it?
I don’t know a lot about caskets. Why would you insulate one used to bury a person? It’s not like they are going to complain about the temperture.
I have no idea why they did it. I’m not them. There are any number of reasons they could have done it.
Thank you, I almost asked the same thing. It’s a coffin, not a freezer.
Also, is it not literally foam insulation? Which is lightweight and sturdy enough to make a Halloween coffin. Actually a pretty brilliant use of materials.
I mean, to me it looks like they used foam board insulation from Lowes to form the walls.
Where I live it could be fairly cold on Oct. 31st, so assuming a (living) person will be in it to scare people, it might make sense. Or they just had one leftover from another project and used it.
Thank you!
I couldn’t find the Lowe’s foam insulation on their website so I wasn’t sure.
But I was like, this is genius! Easy to move too.
To fill it with ice and beer of course. They probably installed a drainage cap in the bottom somewhere.
