      In 2017 they didn’t evacuate their jails/prisons during a hurricane and the inmates were left standing in water up to their knees and obviously all the plumbing just backs up at that point. One would think this would never have happened after issues during Katrina in LA, but nope, after this incident Florida has left inmates locked up at least and not evacuated twice since that occurred in TX.

      Somehow these people sleep at night.

    Why don’t they garnish the wages of everyone working for the prison system in that state until the AC is installed? That will get it installed by the end of the year.
