Hell, if I get anything over 7 hours my lower back hates me for the first hour after I get up. My ideal right now, is about 6 hours, and I typically wake up naturally after about that. Unless I’m very tired.
You can get decent ones on Amazon for less than $500. I think I paid like 350 for my 12” deep one, I’ve rotated it every 3 months and it still feels like new a few years later
Same! I have chronic neck pain that I’ve been working to address for about 3 years. We have a new mattress and I’ve been through probably 5 sets of pillows in that timeframe to get the perfect set that doesn’t leave me feeling shitty when I wake up. Nonetheless, I get about 6.5 hrs of sleep a night and wake naturally from that without feeling tired during the day. I slept for 8 hours last weekend and felt worse than I have in a long time - back, neck, and shoulder pain and felt more groggy and sluggish than I have in ages. I’m with you!
It’s biologically impossible. I get neck and back pain sleeping over 8 hrs
You might want to look into buying a new bed if that’s the case. You’d be surprised how much the quality of the bed affects your sleep quality.
The bed frame, or the mattress?
The mattress.

You might need a new a different bed. That and exercising regularly completely killed my lower back pain.
my bed is too comfortable that i wake up after 12 hours
The bed is the most likely culprit, but new mattresses are expensive.
