I don’t even want to know why Q is wearing a Klingon uniform but doesn’t have a Klingon head. I’ve read Star Trek comics before and the answer is always: who the fuck knows or cares?
The answer is really just that Q does what he fuckin wants and everyone else is left to suffer the consequences
Q is basically inflicted on humanity, the same way humanity is inflicted on the rest of the world.
