I’ve lived and worked in DC for decades. It’s like any other east coast city. Many good parts for tourism, working, colleges, etc. and also a few bad neighborhoods. And even some of those have cleaned up a lot in the past couple decades
That said, perhaps the room where they fingerprint federal criminals could be dirty and falling apart. I wouldn’t know.
I just went to Washington DC for a concert and was pleasantly surprised, seemed like a nice town.
A lot nicer knowing that doofus got arrested there.
You know what the kicker is? He got those charges for fighting to stay in that “FILTHY, DIRTY, FALLING APART, & VERY UNSAFE” city.
