This is disingenuous because the 2.0 fixes are all available in the base game, and don’t require buying the DLC. It’s fair to complain that the base game was broken at launch, but there’s no need to spread misinformation.

they must have promise/implied a boat load as the game before the dlc is pretty massive. 3 arcs that merge into the story line, gigs and mcpd stuff, the various side quests that add up to more than the main stuff overall. I have seen many a game launch and complete and never have more than what 2077 has.

Eh it’s not a complete shit show but it’s a stretch that any of it delivered what was promised.

The different life paths were laughably shallow. Quests / writing and the whole vibe of the game are pretty cheesy compared to the witcher series.

It was trying to be too much like GTA for all the wrong reasons I would have preferred a smaller more fleshed out world with more explorable interiors.

There were bad decisions made during development that could not be fixed with a small expansion.

yeah the lifepaths was really nuanced and would be hard to notice. two basic effects. more to less money is corpo, city, country. Your relationships with jackie dom to sub is the reverse (I could not think of any words for it but basically if your country jackie needed you more and if your corpo you needed him more). There might be an effect on street cred but I did not notice. Would make sense for some street cred bonus to city start.
