No, those two where not idiots, they where very smart people in what they did. They just where idiots because they started to believe their own lies and fall into a powertripp massively overestimating themselves.

Nowadays wannabes are people that have not learned from history. The only currently alive one that is able to match Hitler in his schemes is Xi the Pooh as he isn’t massively overestimating himself and seemingly not believing his own lies.
