123k for the Motorola, over 400k folds for the Samsung.
But the later included underwater folding, dust, and using it as cake batter.
How scientific.
The Samsung is only rated for 200k folds, so by the end they mostly eschewed other testing in favor of just trying to break it.

Man, just when I finally warmed up to glass screen protectors…
Though my real concern is still battery life, the Fold 5 review on GSMArena shows slightly worse battery life than the Fold 4? o_O

That’d be a downgrade for me; my A52s lasts until 10pm the NEXT day, using the same 85% charge limit. If I work from home continuously and stay on Wifi, it can even go to a 3rd day.

Try SuperShieldz film protectors for the fold3. I’m working mine with just tpu film and no case. Works great. Have never had to replace the inside tpu protector and have had it for almost 2 years.
Edit: I had the wrong brand. Its called SuperShieldz

Seems like a big win for Samsung?
I gotta say though, I’m on my second Z Fold 4 now after the first one seemed to have lost connection to its WiFi antenna when something in the hinge snapped.
My mom went through 2 flip 3s. The first would shut off when she closed the phone. And the second she dropped it on the hinge and the screen broke a little bit later. My fold 3 had no problem at all other than it wouldn’t open all the way, a mix of dirt in the hinge and maybe the hinge getting misaligned from drops.
Wow. I keep hearing great things about Samsung foldables
