Something like this would be cool if kept short. Maybe 15 to 20 minute episodes and they go through upcoming events/important local news like big construction projects/touristy things for locals to do like fairs, museums, etc. That sort of stuff.
Hope it’s not an ad riddled mess of nothing news and propaganda.
It sounds like they’re going to focus on civic services and generally non-political stuff.
It sounds dry as hell, but I guess any outreach is good outreach?
