This shit is fire. It’s like a risotto, with the lentils totally melted away but the rice cooked nicely. I’m eating it with peas from the garden (frozen, from 2022 😬) and store bought salsa.

Rice and lentils has always been and will always be.
But this particular method I probably learned from this community’s discord.
No recipe, just the method and spiced with berbere and garlic powder.
