I made this comment elsewhere here but, it’s not going to ever be “choose between communism and fascism.” It’s going to be a spectrum of people that mostly do nother while the actual fascists, that don’t call themselves fascists, start killing communists, that DO call themselves communists. And most people will be ok with it for the same reasons they have always been ok with it. “Well they are extremists and should have been more reasonable.” “Well I’m not a communist so I will be ok.” …

The thing is, it’s not going to be “communism vs fascism” because those in power know people don’t like that word “fascist.” Change this to communism vs capitalism and see how those views change. What it will be is actual fascists, not calling themselves fascists, attacking actual communists, that DO call themselves communists. And people will mostly just let it happen because all those “support communism” people are mostly a mix of what? Liberals, Soc Dems, Dem Socs, moderates, etc, etc.

They will sit by and do nothing cause they will think “well the communists are being too extreme. We should compromise. The government isn’t actual fascism or anything. I mean, I’M not a communist.” Ect. Ect.

I’m not trying to be pessimistic. I’m just being logical and not letting myself get into some false sense that the UK is someone on the cusp of going communist.

Ngl I went and watched the entire hour plus combination of the entire original Skibidi thing, or at least I think it was, to try and get it. all I thought was “This is definitely something I would have found entertaining as a dumb kid/teenager.” lol. It’s pretty dumb, legitimately, but I have seen dozens of way more cringe TV shows, movies, and animes no question. I now understand why you have people ripping on it and other being like “I don’t get the hate?” It’s literally just a dumb little war skit similar to anything any kids imagine up of monsters fight aliens or whatever except its… Like dumb toilet heads and people made of appliances. Like if someone animated drawings made by kids, this is what you’d get.

I legitimately think at this point the hate is just millennials turning into boomers and finding things about the younger generations they don’t understand and then removed about them. Kids are always gonna do and like shit that the older generation thinks is dumb. It’s literally all of human history is old people removed about young people. This is just the next thing.

Yes, UV-C bulbs fuck mold. I have one that creates ozone and one that doesn’t. The ozone bulb scares me but holy hell does it work well. I grew psychedelic mushrooms for about 18 months once and turned one of the rooms in my house I to a clean room. Never had any kind of mold contamination. The downside to the ozone is, other than being bad to breath, it corrodes stuff and will kill electronics. I had a router in the clean room and it died in like 4 months of running the bulb for 15 minutes a day. I eventually just started only using the non-ozone generating bulb. I don’t grow anything like that anymore so I just run it in the bathroom for like 30 minutes a night.

I attach them to an old swing arm lamp so I can direct them if need be or just point it straight up to hit the whole room. I used it a lot during COVID and ran it over all our groceries and stuff. For a few minutes. I have UV glasses and would cover my skin. I would not even go in a room with the ozone bulb. Shits dangerous. I use them with extreme caution.

It’s not the humidity inside. It’s the humidity outside. Every air quality report in this area has mold at the highest levels 8 months out of the year. It’s unavoidable. Our air quality is so bad that when you travel to other parts of the country you can feel a difference in your breathing. People I this area have a statistically higher rate of lung diseases.

I saw this on the “collapse” subreddit or something similar. In general, the area I live in has always had issues with molds and it’s getting worse every year. Things go bad super fast. Food from the grocery store and such. If you make anything homemade, with no crazy preservatives, it’s growing mold in a few days. I blast UV-C light in my shower every night to keep it from growing mildew in-between cleans. I honestly don’t even want to think about what it’s doing to my body and lungs.

Roasting should be reserved for actual stupid thoughts, arguments, etc. Things that come from a person’s decisions. Something they have control over. Roasting for things like looks, name, etc is lame, cheap shots, and lowers you. It’s one thing I never liked about Jon Stewart’s The Daily show. I watched him back when I was a lib/soc dem and even after going more commie I liked his show but I never liked when he made jokes on someone name or appearance. Shit they can’t really affect. It’s no different then other forms of discrimination based on someone appearance, race, etc. It why it’s ok to hate all Fascists but not ok to hate all of some race. Being a Fascist is a choice. Being a certain race is not. Same with roasting. People are born into their bodies and their names. You can’t really change them. (I mean you can change your name and get cosmetics surgery but you get the point right?) People can choose their thoughts and beliefs and change those.
